Return Policy
IF YOU MADE A MISTAKE (You ordered the wrong part or decided that you don't need it) - We do understand since we are all human :)
- You may return most new, unopened items for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
- These items should be in their original packaging, have their serial number or UPC, have warranty cards and manuals (if included), and be resalable.
- When shipping items back please insure the package for the full value
- If you return any item that doesn't meet these requirements will be sent back to you at your expense.
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee for all unopened and unused products. We apologize for charging this, but we have to cover our costs. We also can not refund any shipping charges, nor can we cover shipping back to us.returns are at our discretion on a case by case basis
SPECIAL ORDER RETURNS ARE AT OUR DISCRETION ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS

DAMAGED OR MISSING SHIPMENTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SHIPPING CARRIER
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged product and we will help you process the claim.
- If a shipment is lost by the carrier, we cannot ship another product until it is found or the carrier closes their case.
- Unfortunately this is one downfall of shopping online, but we want to be honest with you and promise to help as much as we can.
THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS:
- You MUST contact us by phone or email to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning your items.
- This number must be included in the return packaging along with a copy of the original receipt.
- Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR THE FOLLOWING
- Opened or used
- Missing their serial number or UPC
- Missing the warranty card or manual
- Special orders (returned at our discretion)
- Returned more then 14 days after delivery
- Returned without notification
- Electrical Items
- Items registered to the user (
- Items which have been damaged due to improper installation
- Major components such as power heads, power tilt and trim systems, and gear cases.
