Consignment Liability Statement

King Marine Outboard, LLC often sells items on consignment and therefore may not be the actual owner of these goods, but merely a bailee acting on behalf of the seller to facilitate the sale of the goods by holding the goods until the sale is completed.  King Marine Outboard warrantees and represents that the goods are as they are described in the above listings, but specifically disclaims any implied warranties of title, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights that vary from state to state.  King Marine Outboard’s ENTIRE LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IS LIMITED TO THE SALES PRICE OF THE RELEVANT GOODS PLUS $100.  Terms of Sale are subject to change without further notice.

A 10% non-refundable deposit is required. The remainder is due when picking up units. All transactions must be paid by cash, bank, or certified check Sorry, but King Marine Outboard does not accept Personal or Business checks, or credit cards for these transactions.  If final payment is not received, King Marine Outboard reserves the right to void the transaction and resell the item.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of a boat transaction, returns or refunds are not possible once the unit has been picked up from our facility.
